History

HISTORY of the association- A Canadian dreamt of one day helping many of the poor/suffering children/ in the world and decided on Paraguay. In 2011 He sifted through and found some good people in Paraguay who had similar humanitarian aspirations.    They are Familia feliz.   Volunteering their time and talents to help less fortunate people (like Mini Hero’s).  FF was founded and registered on August 15/2011 in Paraguay as a not for profit association.
